I have received intensive and experiential training in the treatment of sex addiction and the use of the 30-Task Model developed by Patrick Carnes, Ph.D. Carnes’s research-based 30-Task Model has proven effective for achieving long-term recovery from addiction(s).

I have advanced training in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model, which provides a sound foundation for assisting betrayed partners in their healing process. I help both individuals and couples; develop recognition of triggers, learn healthy coping skills, restore sanity and trust in themselves, and explore the next steps for recovery.

I am a Certified Trauma Specialist.  My clients have commonly suffered from anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, personality disorders (i.e. borderline, narcissistic, OCPD), addiction recovery, and the everyday issues many of us face in life.

Consultation Option

I am happy to meet for a single intake and referral consultation. During that session, I can help assess your coupleship needs and guide you both toward appropriate next steps or referrals. If appropriate, this consultation also provides eligibility to join the Wednesday Evening Support Group for betrayed partners and their unfaithful spouses.

This session allows us to review your current situation along with discussing your needs, and identifying appropriate resources moving forward.

For individuals who are currently looking for help getting sober from sex or pornography addiction, I typically refer to trusted colleagues who specialize in the initial recovery and sobriety phase of treatment. Their work focuses on helping clients establish stability and develop the foundational tools needed for recovery.

Once someone has achieved a period of sobriety, that is where I often begin working with individuals and couples to focus on the deeper therapeutic work—such as understanding underlying patterns, rebuilding trust, improving communication, and supporting long-term relational healing.

A single Intake Consultation grants you access to the Wednesday Evening Support Group

You are welcome to join my Wednesday Evening Support Group for betrayed partners and their unfaithful spouses. The group meets weekly from 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM EST via Zoom and includes guest speakers who provide education and insight around healing from infidelity and betrayal trauma.

Prior to joining the group, I require one individual or couples session which allows me to ensure you are ready for group participation, better understand your situation, and determine whether the group is a good fit for your needs.

Single Consultation to Join Group

Once the initial session has been completed, you may attend the weekly guest speaker group at no additional charge.
